In this photoshop tutorial i will show you how you can quickly retouch and get popular high contrast sports portrait look in just couple of minutes.

i have done a lot of full length videos for a while so i wanted to do something really quick and different.

this effect is mostly based on blending modes and couple image adjustments then some sharpening and you are good to go, nothing else.
