Duplicating the Chinese Navy’s Photoshop Fail Poster in Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 14 13 12 11.

In this Photoshop Elements project I show how to recreate the failed Chinese Navy anniversary poster using Layers, Selections, gausian blur, adjustment layer, levels, hue/saturation, place, blend mode, opacity, custom gradient, text, character map, and more.
