In this GIMP 2.10.2 tutorial, I show you how to design a (fictional) U.S. Space Force logo that is in the style of a vector logo, though GIMP is a raster-based program. I use a variety of useful techniques and tools, including the foreground selection tool, paths tool, selection tools, and text and paint tools, to achieve this final design.
Though I cover a lot of ground in this tutorial, I have made the tutorial beginner friendly so that anyone can follow along.
For those of you wondering – yes, the Space Force is now a real thing!
