This is a look at a Free download filter plugin set from The Plugin Site called Harry’s Filters. This is a feature rich set of plugin filters that work well with Photoshop Elements.
This comprehensive video takes you step-by-step through the complete process from beginning images clear through to the final composite image. This training demo was recorded in Photoshop Elements 2018 but will work with other versions of Photoshop Elements as well.
