In this Photoshop Tutorial you will able to learn learn blue lighting photo effects using camera raw and adjustment layers. secrete is photo should have dark, underexposed tones, smooth directional lighting and having light boken in the background. you can create blue magenta effects using temperature slider ( kelvin slider ) and putting some magenta tone using split tone highlight slider moreover same effect can be apply using levels and color balance adjustment layers. happy learning
