In this GIMP 2.10 tutorial, I show you how to create a glowing “moon waterfall” photo manipulation. In the photo, it appears the moon is dripping or melting into a waterfall. This really cool effect can be done using a couple of photos, layers and layer masks, and the warp transform tool (plus a couple of other tools/techniques). I thoroughly explain each step in the process for creating the final photo, making it easy for beginners to follow.
