So this is my First tutorial for Premiere pro 2019. so in this tutorial you learn to create sync for text with music. firstly put markers on timeline as per beat. create a text layer. set your text layer in between markers on timeline. then use effects control scale keyframe add 3 three key and set the value of scale on each keyframe.
