For this St Patricks Day I decided to do something different, create a new computer wallpaper inside of Photoshop Elements. This is a straight forward project that is created mostly using backgrounds and art that is included in Photoshop Elements except for one piece of clip art from the web. So, have some fun and make a seasonal computer wallpaper for St. Patrick’s Day.
