How to Make a Dog Caricature using the Photoshop Elements Liquify Tool

In this video I show you how to use the Photoshop Elements Liquify Tool in the Filters menu to create a Caricature Dog. The Liquify Tool is one of those creative tools that give you lots of freedom but knowing how to use it correctly is the key.
