How to Animate a Still Photo with GIMP
In this GIMP tutorial, I show you how to animate still photos using a super easy technique. You’ll be able to bring your photos to life – creating compositions like flowing waterfalls, flying dirt, floating clouds, etc. I’ll be using the free G’MIC plugin to accomplish this effect.
I also show you how to preview your animations in GIMP using the built-in Animation Playback feature, as well as how to export your final compositions to an animated GIF file.
