Map Your Wacom Tablet for GIMP (Buttons/Settings Explained and Fixed)
In this tutorial using GIMP 2.10.18, I show you how to properly map your Wacom Tablet (pen tablet) so that you get all of the best features from your tablet working in GIMP. This tutorial will speed up your workflow by allowing you to assign shortcuts and tools to the Express Keys on your tablet, as well as assigning common actions and menu items to your tablet’s buttons or Touch Ring. Your tablet is NOT broken, and neither is GIMP! You just need to ensure you have everything properly mapped to get the full functionality and benefits that come with using a drawing tablet.
I also show you how to download and install the Wacom driver for your computer in the beginning, while going over how to make sure the tablet is properly connected to GIMP and set up for Dynamic brush/paint features.
