Using a combination of Photoshop Elements Filters and Blend Modes plus use of the Elements+ plugin you can make a convincing looking embossed dog tag effect. This Photoshop Elements Embossed Text Effect tutorial takes you step-by-step through the complete process from beginning photo clear through to the final image. This training demo was recorded in Photoshop Elements 2018 but the techniques used will work just as well in Photoshop Elements 13 through the latest Photoshop Elements.
