In this GIMP graphic design tutorial, I show you step-by-step how to add a 3D text shadow to your text using all built-in tools. GIMP, or the GNU Image Manipulation Program, is an awesome, beginner-friendly and FREE photo manipulation software with lots of graphic design features.

I also show you how to recolor your text, add a 3D background, plus add blur to your text and text shadow (including a realistic lens blur).
