GIMP 2.10 Tutorial: Blank Canvas Photo Manipulation (James Charles)

In this GIMP 2.10.6 tutorial inspired by makeup YouTube James Charles, I show you how to create a “Blank Canvas” photo manipulation – or a model who appears to have white makeup on with skin tone makeup dripping down her face.

I show you how to accomplish this effect using a combination of the Ken Brewer Paths Tool (named after our Diamond Member Patreon supporter Ken Brewer), the dodge/burn tool, and a few image adjustments.

This is a fairly advanced tutorial, but I have made it easy enough for beginners to follow.
